Show duplicate buttons in windows

Displays the Run Analysis, Autorun Analysis, Stop Analysis, Run Analysis, Read Data, Program Device, and Save to Data Log, and the Signal Tap status bar in the Instance Manager pane. By default, these buttons appear only in the toolbar.
