I/O Placement Optimizations logic option

Specifies whether the Fitter performs I/O placement optimizations. Performing I/O placement optimizations may improve I/O timing, fMAX, and fitting, but may also require longer compilation time.

This option is useful for improving I/O timing, fMAX, and fitting.
