If you have not already done so, open one or more Advanced
Trigger tabs.

General tab.
In the Object type list, select Bitwise
Operator.
Click the Parameters tab.
In the Existing parameter settings list, select
Bitwise Operator Type and select Bitwise And in the
Setting box.
In the Advanced
Trigger Condition Editor pane, right-click an empty space,
and then click Insert.
In the Object Properties
dialog box, click the General tab.
In the Object type list, select Bus Value.
Click the Parameters tab.
In the Existing Parameter Settings list, select Bus
Value Radix and then select Hexadecimal in the
Setting list.
In the Existing Parameter Settings list, select Bus
Value and then type FF00 in the Setting
list.
Connect the Bus Value object to the Bitwise And
object by dragging the Bus Value object next to the
B input of the Bitwise And object so that the
output port of the Bus Value object overlaps the input port
of the Bitwise And object. The two objects are connected
with a bus line that indicates the relationship between the two
objects in the advanced trigger condition.
