Top-level entity

Allows you to specify a design entity name in the project hierarchy as the project's Top-level entity. Alternatively, when reusing a root partition from another project, you can enable This project uses a Partition Database File (.qdb) for the root partition, and then specify a Root Partition Database file as the top-level entity.
