CLK-30034: Clock Pairs Missing Exclusive Clock Group Assignment
Description
Violations of this rule identify two clocks that are clocking the same register without an exclusive clock group assignment.
Recommendation
Add set_clock_group -exclusive/-physically_exclusive/-logically_exclusive assignment to clocks reported, and a generated clock on the combinational node.
