altufm_osc Intel® FPGA IP
Oscillator Intel® FPGA IP. The altufm_osc Intel® FPGA IP provides access to the internal User Flash memory (UFM) oscillator in MAX® II devices. The oscillator can be used as a general clock source without using the flash memory. You cannot use the altufm_none,altufm_parallel,altufm_spi, and/or altufm_i2c Intel® FPGA IP if you instantiate the altufm_osc Intel® FPGA IP in a device.
Intel recommends instantiating this function with the IP Catalog.
Note:
- For this Intel® FPGA IP, the IP Catalog generates output files with multiple entities or modules. The top-level entity or module is located at the bottom of the file.
- When you create your Intel® FPGA IP, you can use the IP Catalog to generate a netlist for third-party synthesis tools.
Note: More information is available on the altufm_osc Intel® FPGA IP on the Altera
