Design Assistant detected at least one register without a clock assignment at the clock pin.

Recommendation

Verify that all registers have at least one clock assignment at the clock pin, and that all clock ports have a clock name assigned to them. In addition, verify that any PLL has a clock assignment. Create or assign a clock to all clock pins.
