Global Signal CLKCTRL Location logic option

A logic option that specifies the clock control location through which the signal should be routed using global routing paths. Use the same value for this assignment as for clock control block and clock enable block location assignments.

This option is available for supported device (Arria^® series, Cyclone^® IV, and Stratix^® IV) families.
