Create HDL Design File for Current File Dialog Box You open this dialog box by clicking in a Block Design File (.bdf) Definition and pointing to Create/Update on the File menu, and then clicking Create HDL Design File for Current File. Edit Selected Symbol Command (Shortcut Menu) You access this command by right-clicking a symbol in a Block Design File (.bdf) Definition, and then clicking Edit Selected Symbol. Flip Commands (Edit Menu) You access these commands by right-clicking on the symbol in a Block Design File (.bdf) Definition or a Block Symbol File (.bsf) Definition and then clicking Flip Horizontal or Flip Vertical. Line Commands (Edit Menu) You access these commands by right-clicking a conduit, bus, or node in a Block Design File (.bdf) Definition and clicking Conduit Line, Bus Line, or Node Line. Toggle Connection Dot Command (Edit Menu) You access this command by right-clicking a connector in a Block Design File (.bdf) Definition and then clicking Toggle Connection Dot. Rotate Commands (Edit Menu) You access this command by clicking an object in a Block Design File (.bdf) Definition and, on the Edit menu, pointing to Rotate by Degrees and clicking 90, 180, or 270. Generate Pins for Symbol Ports Command You access this command by right-clicking a Intel® FPGA IP or symbol with unused pins, and then clicking Generate Pins for Symbol Ports. This command is unavailable if none of the selected Intel® FPGA IP or symbols have unused ports. Insert Symbol and Insert Symbol as Block Dialog Boxes You open the Symbol dialog box by right-clicking the location where you want to insert a symbol in a Block Design File (.bdf) Definition, pointing to Insert, and then clicking Symbol or Symbol as Block.
