Custom Layouts (View Menu) (Platform Designer)

You access this command in Platform Designer by clicking View > Custom Layouts.

Platform Designer custom layouts control what tabs are open in your Platform Designer design window. When you create a Platform Designer window configuration that you want to keep, Platform Designer allows you save that configuration as a custom layout. By default, Platform Designer contains a custom layout suitable for Platform Designer system design, as well as a layout that allows you to easily define and generate single IP cores for use in your Intel^® Quartus^® Prime software projects.
