Final Placement Optimizations logic option

Specifies whether the Fitter performs final placement optimizations. Performing final placement optimizations may improve fMAX and fitting, but also may require longer compilation time.

This option is available for all Intel devices supported by the Intel^® Quartus^® Prime software.
