Hierarchy Tab (View Menu) (Qsys Pro)

You open this tab in Qsys Pro by clicking View > Hierarchy. The Hierarchy tab appears by default when you open a new system in Qsys Pro.

Operates as a full system hierarchical navigator and expands elements in the System Contents tab to show modules, interfaces, signals, contents of subsystems, and connections. The Hierarchy tab effectively serves as a powerful and intuitive navigational tool that allows you to drive changes in other views and interact with your system in more detail.

The graphical interface of the Hierarchy tab displays a unique icon for each element represented in the system including, interfaces, directional pins, IP blocks, and system icons. System icons show exported interfaces and the instances of components that make up the system.
