Allows you to specify an input file containing toggle rate and static probability data on which to base power analysis.
- Use input file(s) to initialize toggle rates and static probabilities during power analysis—Directs the PowerPlay® Power Analyzer to base power analysis on toggle rates and static probabilities contained in specified input files.
