altserial_flash_loader Megafunction

Serial flash loader megafunction. The altserial_flash_loader is a bridge that allows programming data to cross from the JTAG interface via the FPGA to the active serial interface. This megafunction is available for supported device ( Arria^® series, Cyclone^® series, Stratix^®III, Stratix^® IV, and Stratix^® V ) families.

Intel recommends instantiating this function with the IP Catalog.

Note: When you create your megafunction, you can use the IP Catalog to generate a netlist for third-party synthesis tools.
