Compare Revisions Dialog Box
You open this dialog box by clicking . If a background process is running, the Compare
option is not available.
Allows you to compare the compiled revisions and assignments for the current design. You can also compare the current design's compiled revisions with the compiled revisions of other designs you specify.
Displays compilation results information and assignment information for all the compiled revisions in the current design and all the compiled revisions in the designs you specified using the Select Project dialog box, which is available from the Compare Revisions dialog box. You can use the displayed information to compare the revisions.
The Compare Revisions list displays compilation results information and assignment information only for revisions that you previously compiled.
Note: If you specify the TimeQuest Timing Analyzer as the default timing analysis tool, the
Timing Summary does not appear in the Compare Revisions dialog
box.
