OCT_BLOCK_NUMBER	Integer	Yes	The number of on-chip termination (OCT) blocks in the design. Values are `[1..9]`.
POWER_DOWN	String	No	Specifies whether to use the automatic power down. Values are `"TRUE"` and `"FALSE"`. If omitted, value is `"TRUE"`.
