Bird's Eye View Command (View Menu)

You open this dialog box by clicking Bird's Eye View on the View menu in the RTL Viewer or Technology Map Viewer.

Opens the Bird's Eye View window which displays a high-level view of the entire schematic and allows you to navigate to specific areas of the schematic.
