Signal Activity File (.saf) Definition

An ASCII text file (with the extension .saf) produced by the Quartus® Prime Standard Edition Simulator for use with the PowerPlay Power Analyzer. A .saf file contains toggle rate and static probability data for a design.

Note:

The Quartus® Prime Standard Edition Simulator is not available in the Quartus® Prime Standard Edition software version 10.0 and later.
