Altera provides the mySupport website, which provides technical support for the Quartus® Prime Standard Edition software and allows you to view and submit service requests.
To go to the mySupport website, on the Help menu, point to Altera on the Web,and then click Quartus® Prime Standard Edition Service Request from within the Quartus® Prime Standard Edition software, or point your browser to the mySupport website at www.altera.com/mysupport.
Your copy of the Quartus® Prime Standard Edition software is registered at the time of purchase; however, in order to use the mySupport website to view and submit service requests, you must also register for a myAltera account and an Altera user name. Your Altera user name is used to access your myAltera account. A myAltera account is required only for using the mySupport website; however, having a myAltera account will also make it easier for you to use many other Altera website features, such as the Download Center, Licensing Center, Altera Technical Training online class registration, or Buy On-Line-Altera eStore features.
