Quartus® Prime Standard Edition Message Flag Rule File (.frf) Definition

An ASCII text file containing flagged messages from a previous compilation, allowing you to transfer messages between projects. You can generate a Quartus® Prime Standard Edition Message Flag Rule File with the Export Message Flag Rule File command on the shortcut menu in the Messages window.
