Shanghai Huaming Intelligent Terminal Equipment Co.,Ltd. was founded in 2001 and listed in May 2015 (stock code: 300462). In 2019, Huaming acquired 100% equity of Beijing Juli Science & Technology Co.,Ltd. and thus became involved in the all-round ETC business in the transportation industry.
