Managing Intel® Partner Showcase Offerings
Learn how to manage your Intel® Partner Showcase offerings.
Managing Your Offerings
Our advanced platform is equipped with powerful capabilities to help manage your offerings posted in the Intel® Partner Showcase.
Keeping Your Offerings Up to Date
We recommend reviewing your offerings on a regular basis to make any necessary edits, revisions, or updates. If you haven’t made any changes to your offerings in a while, we’ll send you an email, Please Update Your Partner Showcase Offering, to review and update your offerings.
NOTE: Your offering cannot remain visible on Intel® Partner Showcase indefinitely. When setting up an offering, you must select an Offering Validity start and end date, which are required fields. You can update the offering validity date at any time, which requires you to resubmit the offering for Intel review.
Partners who keep their offerings up to date tend to see more traffic, giving them the ability to earn more page views, leads, customers, and strategic partnerships.
Let’s look at how easy it is to manage and update your offerings in the Intel® Partner Showcase Admin Experience.
Sign into the Intel® Partner Showcase Admin Experience
- Use the person icon in the header to sign into the Intel® Partner Showcase Admin Experience
- Enter your username
- Enter your password
- If you’ve forgotten your Intel username or password, select the appropriate link under the Sign In button
NOTE: If you select a link that’s been sent to you in an Intel® Partner Showcase email, you will land on the sign-in screen and will not be required to select the person icon.
Manage Offerings
Select the Manage Offerings button in the black ribbon at the top of the page.
My Offerings Table
View the table on the My Offerings page. Here you can easily view your offerings and manage them using a set of tools right at your fingertips.
You can also use the Create New Offering button on this page to create additional offerings for your company.
My Offerings Table Headers
Sort the table by selecting the small down arrows found in the headers of each column in which you want to sort.

Use the All Offerings drop down menu to view all your offerings or ones you’ve recently viewed. You can "pin" or "unpin" these list views for a quick, easy way to review and analyze separate sets of data.
Partner Offering Lifecycle Statuses
Partner Offering Lifecycle Statuses display in the first column of the table. Statuses are updated as offers are processed during the Intel review process. They include:
- Draft: The offering is still in a draft or saved state. It has not yet been submitted for Intel review. NOTE: Drafts must be submitted for Intel review prior to publishing.
- Admin Review: The offering has been submitted for Intel review. NOTE: You will receive an email, typically within 3-5 business days, informing you if the offering has been published or if it requires revisions.
- Update Required: The offering requires revisions prior to it being published.
- Approved: The offering has been approved and has been published.
- Rejected: The offering has been rejected by Intel.
Offering Name
The Offering Name column displays a hyperlinked name of your offering. Select this hyperlink to view the details of your offering.
Edit Offering
Choose the Edit Offering button to make changes, updates, or revisions to your offering.
Select the Back to Edit Offering button. Insert the revisions or updates for your offering and select the Submit button.
NOTES:
- Revisions to offerings can be saved and submitted later.
- Once edits are submitted for offerings, they will go through the Intel review process again.
Clone an Offering
The cloning feature creates a completely new version of the offering, including a copy of all the offering’s categories and tagged product specifications.
NOTE: You cannot clone an offering that has not been published, one that is currently in a draft state, or an offering from another company.
Each cloned field must be revised prior to submitting it for Intel review and publishing so that it’s unique. This includes the offering’s:
- Title
- Description
- Tagline
- Images
- Resources
- Product URLs
NOTE: The cloned offering is reset to a draft status and follows the same processes as a regular offering when submitted for Intel review and publishing.
Category
The Category column lists the category under which your product, service, or solution falls. It is the one you initially selected when creating the offering:
- Component: A building block of a hardware system, such as a motherboard, processor, memory, chassis, or power supply. It is sold as a stand-alone product for integration with other components to build a complete system.
- System: An integrated set of hardware components, such as a motherboard, processor, memory, chassis or power supply, and software. It is typically delivered as a product that is ready to boot and provides basic functionality to perform specific work.
- Software: A collection of data or computer instructions that tell the computer how to work. Software is information processed by computer systems, programs, and data, and includes firmware, an operating system, middleware, a database, and libraries.
- Service: Delivers value added operations that meet and support a customer’s business needs, such as hardware and software design, contract manufacturing, logistics, cloud, and quality inspection.
- Solution: The application of an integrated combination of both hardware systems and software to solve an industry need or business problem.
Sub-Category
The Sub-Category is a subordinate of the top-level Category you chose when creating or editing your offering. For example, if you chose the System category for your offering, the sub-category you selected may be Laptop.
Is Published
The Is Published column shows whether your offering has been published. You can select the down arrow next to the column header to sort the table so that all your published offerings display first in the table.
Last Modified Date

Last Modified By

Partner business segments, called Market Segments in the front-end version of Intel® Partner Showcase, include:
- Client Computing
- Data Center
- Storage and Memory
- Internet of Things and Embedded
- Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA)
Offering Messages
The Offering Messages column shows whether there is a conversation history for your offering. Messages with a gray callout and ellipsis in the column denote there is messaging associated with the offering.
Select the gray callout shape to view the specific conversations that took place during the Intel processing and review of your offering.
Translation Status
The Translation Status column displays the language or languages in which your offering was originally submitted.
When your offering is submitted for Intel review, it is immediately placed into a translation queue so that it can be localized in English, Simplified Chinese, and Japanese when it’s published.
View Offerings
View Offerings displays three language designations for your offering:
- English (ENG)
- Simplified Chinese (CHN)
- Japanese (JPN)
Once translations for your offering are completed, these designations render as hyperlinks. Select the hyperlinked designations to view your offering in different languages.
Created Date
The Created Date is the date your offering was originally created and submitted to Intel for review. Use the down arrow to sort offerings by their date of creation.
Export List View
Select the Export List View to select a list view and export it into an Excel spreadsheet or CSV file for streamlined data analysis and review.
