With today’s first trade of Mobileye stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market, Intel completed Mobileye’s initial public offering (IPO). Mobileye stock began trading under the ticker symbol “MBLY.”
Announced in December 2021, the IPO was presented as a way to unlock the value of Mobileye for Intel shareholders and build on Mobileye’s track record of innovation and success.
