Intel Can Relaunch Your Career
Have you taken a career break and had your resume rejected because of your resume gap? Intel is offering 16 to 20-week paid returnships for experienced professionals ready to return to the workforce. At Intel, we look at resume gaps differently. In fact, the gap on your resume is what makes you eligible to apply for Intel’s program.
About the Program
Intel is recruiting into a variety of technical roles and has designed a program to streamline your journey back to the workforce. We understand a career break may pose challenges and our goal is to ensure you have the support you need. Our program provides:
- Transitional support to ease your return to the workforce
- Customized cohort coaching sessions
- Dedicated mentoring and a buddy to support your re-entry
- Program management with trained managers to relaunch your career with confidence
Onboarding
Specialized professional development sessions, group coaching, introductions to key people, access to training courses, and the opportunity to experience this major life transition with a cohort of peers provide you with a foundation as you restart your career.
Mentorship
You will be paired with a mentor and a buddy. Your manager has been selected and trained prior to participation in this program. Your manager and other members of our team are there to support you.
Cohort Community
Return to work program participants cite the cohort experience as one of the most important parts of their re-entry to work. Your cohort is there to cheer you on, act as a sounding board, and serve as a source of encouragement.

After a 5-year career break it was hard to find a job. I knew I just needed one opportunity to prove myself. I got that chance at Intel. After I started my job, I had a mentor who met with me every week to help navigate my way through the company and ensure I was successful. Working at Intel felt like winning the lottery. I’m excited for others to have the same opportunity.

After spending several years at Intel, I took a 6-year break to spend time with my family. When I was ready to return, I was thrilled to find a new opportunity at Intel that matched my background and provided many growth opportunities. I’m so grateful for the support I’ve had from other team members, mentors, and my manager. I’m thrilled that this program is providing an opportunity for others to have a similar experience!

Intel also provides the training, opportunity, and mentorship needed to ramp back up and utilize all the life experience I gained. Returning to Intel has been a fantastic choice!
