Detailed Description
This sample application demonstrates how to use the Intel® UPID feature. Use the application for checking the status of the Intel UPID feature, getting and attesting the ID, and more. The application uses the Intel® Management Engine Interface to communicate with the Intel® Converged Security and Management Engine locally from the host platform.
New in This Release
This version of the Intel UPID sample application includes the added capability of obtaining Intel brand and entitlements information from the Intel UPID certificate.
This new capability is available in Intel® Converged Security and Management Engine (Intel® CSME, formerly code named Meteor Lake) platforms, version 18.0 and later.
