NVM Downgrade Package for Intel® Ethernet Adapters 700 Series (8.15 to 8.00 Only)

NVM Update Package 8.15 has been updated to address the following issues:

• Allow update from fixed Image Intel® Ethernet Network Adapter XXV710-DA2 in 7.30 package to newer version 8.15
• Allow update from HPE X710-DA2 OCP3.0 From 8.00 to newer version 8.15
• Fix for failing failover function for OCP2.0 - X710-DA2OCP1G1P5 in 8.15 NVM Images
• Allow update from Fujitsu X710-DA2/DA4 OCPv3 to newer version 8.15
• Fix for unexpected character which was presented when RDE GET operation is performed on INTEL X710-DA2
• Fix for the issue - Intel FPGA PAC N3000 the PCIe links to the XL710 Ethernet Controller can intermittently fail to be established.

What was updated
New Images were added to NVM Update Package configuration file and three NVM Images with fixes are present in updated package.

Other information
If you use any of affected products listed above, it is recommended that you update to the new NVM package file. Otherwise, there is no need to update. All other files remain as is; there is no impact to other products.

Read before using the downgrade files

While NVM upgrades and downgrades use the same tool set, the order of operations is reversed. The downgrade tool executes first, followed by installation of the matched drivers.

This download package supports the following downgrade path only:

Current NVM Version:  8.15

Supported Downgrade Version:  8.00

SW/Driver Downgrade Version(s):  25.2
