7.1.3.2.3. Single-rate Designs

For 12G Single-rate designs, set the following assignment for the rx_adapt_mode for 12G: 
set_instance_assignment -name HSSI_PARAMETER "rx_adapt_mode=RX_ADAPT_MODE_UX_RX_ADAPT" -to <rx_serial_pin_name>
For Single-rate (Data rate <7G) designs, set the following assignment for the rx_adapt_mode: 
set_instance_assignment -name HSSI_PARAMETER "rx_adapt_mode= RX_ADAPT_MODE_STATIC_EQ " -to <rx_serial_pin_name>
