Troubleshooting
Integrity check fails
During installation, you may get an error message about failed integrity check of downloaded files.
Cause: Downloaded files are corrupted because of the hard drive corruption.
Solution: Check hard drive health and restart the installation.
Unable to run the installer from the Installed Apps menu
The Intel oneAPI installer cannot be run from the Windows Settings/Apps/Installed Apps menu.
Solution: Use the Add/Remove Program option from the Control Panel or launch the installer directly from C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\oneAPI\Installer\installer.exe to remove, modify or repair toolkits or standalone components.
