Migrating CUDA code to C++ using SYCLomatic

Description

This demo shows the whole process of migrating a project containing a mix of CUDA and C++ code to a portable C++ source that can run on different devices. This is achieved using SYCLomatic and the Intel OneAPI Base Toolkit.
