The PCI Express* to External Memory Reference Design provides a sample interface between the PCI Express IP Core and a 64-bit external memory. Intel® offers this reference design to demonstrate the operation of the PCI Express IP Core and either a DDR2 or DDR3 SDRAM memory controller.
