Intel vPro® Manageability
As the burden of maintaining PC fleets gets more and more complex, Intel vPro® Manageability offers many paths to make it easier for IT. From a self-hosted option, to seamless integration with your favorite endpoint management solution, and even a new Intel-delivered service that’s free to the customer. All designed to make it easy for IT to discover devices, promote sustainable computing practices, automate routine maintenance, monitor device health, remediate issues no matter where users are, even if their OS down.
Revolutionary Control at the Hardware Level
Whether in an office, at home, or halfway around the world, today's employees are increasingly mobile. PCs built on Intel vPro®1 have Intel® Active Management Technology (Intel® AMT) integrated into the hardware to provide comprehensive remote manageability to your entire organization.2 This gives IT access to a powered-off device or a device with a non-responsive OS, via a wired or Wi-Fi connection, inside and outside the firewall, over the cloud—so you can help secure and manage your endpoints no matter where they are.
Simplified For Easy Deployment
Configuring the hardware on all your PCs can be daunting, so Intel vPro® Fleet Services makes it simple by allowing IT to activate Intel AMT in 6 easy steps. Through a cloud portal, access power control and remote KVM3 (keyboard, video, and mouse control) to support users and endpoints in your varied, dispersed network. All at no extra cost.4
Integration With Other Industry Leaders
There is no one-size-fits-all solution to maintaining a PC fleet, but there are several unified endpoint management (UEM) solutions available to organizations based on their size and needs. Thanks to Intel® Endpoint Cloud Services, IT can utilize several leading UEMs to take advantage of the built-in Intel vPro capabilities over the cloud.
Complete In-House Manageability Over The Cloud
For organizations looking to self-host, there is also Intel® Endpoint Management Assistant (Intel® EMA), which allows IT to remotely and securely manage Intel AMT-enabled devices beyond the firewall via the cloud on known Wi-Fi networks. Available as a free software download, Intel EMA gives you everything you need to take full advantage of your Intel vPro devices.
Support for Remote Workers and Students

Product and Performance Information
All versions of the Intel vPro® platform require an eligible Intel processor, a supported operating system, Intel® LAN and/or WLAN silicon, firmware enhancements, and other hardware and software necessary to deliver the manageability use cases, security features, system performance, and stability that define the platform. See intel.com/performance-vpro for details.
Requires activation and a system with a corporate network connection, an Intel® AMT-enabled chipset, network hardware, and software. For notebooks, Intel® AMT may be unavailable or limited over a host OS-based VPN, when connecting wirelessly, on battery power, sleeping, hibernating, or powered off. Results dependent upon hardware, setup, and configuration. For more information, visit www.intel.com/vpro.
KVM Remote Control (Keyboard Video Mouse) is only available on Intel vPro®-based PCs with active integrated graphics. Discrete graphics are not supported.
Intel vPro® Fleet Services is available at no extra cost to help businesses activate and engage Intel® Active Management Technology, which is exclusive to PCs built on Intel vPro®. Results may vary.
