How Does Intel® Dynamic Memory Boost Work?
When enabled1 through BIOS, Intel Dynamic Memory Boost automatically programs and trains your system’s XMP base and performance memory profiles, and then seamlessly and intelligently transitions between both modes of operation in real time based on memory bandwidth demands.
What Are the System Requirements to Support Intel® Dynamic Memory Boost?
Intel Dynamic Memory Boost requires a 12th Gen Intel® Core™ desktop processor, an appropriate chipset2 with motherboard BIOS support for the feature and XMP certified DDR4 or DDR5 main system memory.
