Altera recommends RX Vcm selection as following for PCIe configuration. Arria V GX/SX devices to use Rx Vcm = 0.65V. Arria V GT/ST devices to use Rx Vcm = 0.75V. Solution: This patch allows Rx Vcm to be updated to 0.75V. Please include the following command in the QSF file for every channel: set_instance_assignment -name XCVR_RX_COMMON_MODE_VOLTAGE VTT_0P75V -to Caution - You must either have previously installed the Quartus II 13.1 software or must install the Quartus II 13.1 software before installing this patch.
