Problem:  Quartus II 15.0 web edition issues an error when trying to
          add a device to the installation.

Solution: This is a bug in the Quartus II 15.0 web edition device
          installer. This patch fixes the bug.

Note:     This bug only affects Quartus II 15.0 web edition. You
          should not install this patch on top of the Quartus II 15.0
          subscription edition.


Caution - You must either have previously installed the
          Quartus II 15.0 web edition software or must
          install the Quartus II 15.0 web edition software
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will
          not be installed correctly and the Quartus II
          software will not run properly.
