Description:

Patch# 0.15: 
 Bitstreams generated with Quartus Prime Pro Edition Software using Windows may be incorrect and cause an error in Quartus Programmer for R-tile designs, and HW failure on F-tile designs due to a bug in the Assembler. The error occurs when the Quartus Installation is located in a different drive than the user Quartus project, for example, if Quartus is installed on C:/ drive, but the user project is located in D:/ drive. The workaround is to move the quartus project to the same drive as the Quartus installation. This patch fixes the problem and allows for Quartus and project to be located on different drives. 




Caution - You must either have previously installed the
          Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime 23.1 software or must
          install the Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime 23.1 software
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will
          not be installed correctly and the Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime
          software will not run properly.
