Description:
This patch will fix the following Eclipse WSL issue on Windows while creating Nios II Application and BSP from template, or running any make command:
1. wsl dos2unix create-this-app;./create-this-app --no-make
This error may be prompted when launching the Nios II Software Build Tools for Eclipse from Windows menu.
1. make: command not found
This error may be prompted when launching the Nios II Software Build Tools for Eclipse from the Nios II Command Shell.



Caution - You must either have previously installed the
          Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime 21.1std software or must
          install the Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime 21.1std software
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will
          not be installed correctly and the Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime
          software will not run properly.

Note:
