Intel® Wireless Products
Benefits of Wi-Fi 7
Accelerated Connectivity
Share files in seconds versus minutes with PC Wi-Fi speeds greater than 5 Gbps, 320 MHz channels, and 4K Quadrature Amplitude Modulation that move denser data packets faster than previous Wi-Fi generations.
Rock-Solid Reliability
With Multi-Link Operation and deterministic latency, your PC can simultaneously connect on two bands to maintain the best Wi-Fi 7 connection. Wi-Fi 7 devices can spread data across both bands in aggregate or use both bands to duplicate critical data for added reliability, ensuring that your important traffic arrives fast.
Enhanced Privacy and Security
Trust in your connection with WPA3 (Enhanced) security features for authentication and encryption.

Benefits of Wi-Fi 6E
Speed
With additional dedicated high-speed channels and no legacy Wi-Fi interference, Intel® Wi-Fi 6E (Gig+) enables speeds up to 6x faster than Intel® Wi-Fi 5 on managed networks1 and nearly 3x faster than Wi-Fi 5 for home and consumer use.2
Latency
Low latency is key to seamless experiences in real-time applications like videoconferencing and gaming. With Intel® Wi-Fi 6E (Gig+) products using the unshared 6E spectrum, latency is up to 75 percent lower than with Wi-Fi 5,3 for the convenience of wireless internet without the excessive lag.
Interference
Wi-Fi 6E devices use a new, exclusive spectrum that is much larger and has many more channels than the spectrum used by other generations of Wi-Fi devices. This results in greater reliability and efficiency, as this spectrum can only be used by Wi-Fi 6E devices and is not impacted by legacy device traffic.

Benefits of Wi-Fi 6
Improved Performance
Legacy Wi-Fi networks operate on a random first come first served basis, like vehicles at a 4-way intersection without stop signs. With Wi-Fi 6, the router manages network activities and tells devices when they can operate. This is like having a traffic officer in the same 4-way intersection, directing bicycles, cars, and trucks on when they can use the intersection for faster speed and less waiting latency.
Enhanced Reliability
Like the 4-way intersection without stop signs, unmanaged legacy Wi-Fi networks experience more wireless collisions and repeat transmission attempts due to multiple devices trying to communicate at the same time. Wi-Fi 6 router-managed networks ensure efficient operation which helps avoid interference and retransmission for more reliable connections.
Increased Network Capacity
Unmanaged legacy Wi-Fi networks allow random device transmissions which can result in a few slow devices using up most of the network time. Wi-Fi 6 routers identify devices on the network and schedule access. This is like a traffic officer optimizing the order of fast cars and trucks with bicycles to maximize the number of commuters that can use the intersection on a given day.
